Neon Point | relighting

I had a chance to spend some time on 'Neon Point - Chinese Streets Environment' scene by Dekogon Studios: https://www.fab.com/listings/45204f43-da65-425f-8a21-b4131b28b608
My goal was to prepare Night and Day light scenarios using PBL values. I wanted to achieve high level of realism here. Also, the challenge was to keep all light fixtures (especially their emissive parts) working for both scenarios at the same time (without tweaks).
